President
Sonny founded Hope Support Services after years of watching families struggle to find dependable home care in their communities. With a background in healthcare operations, he leads the company with a simple standard: care for every client the way you'd care for your own parent.
Director
Shannon leads day-to-day operations and caregiver development. She has spent her career in senior care and community health, and she is known for building teams that show up early, stay a little longer, and never lose sight of the person in the room.
